Gluten Free Maple Sweet Potatoes Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 lbs sweet potato
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons butter
Baking Instructions:
- Cook potatoes in boiling water for about 15 minutes.
- Drain, peel, slice and arrange in a buttered baking dish.
- Add syrup and butter; bake at 350F until tender and well-glazed, about 45 minutes, turning occasionally in the syrup.
