		<description>i made this for a group that had a couple of people who were gluten intolerant.  i thought it was a very acceptable dessert for everyone.  The texture was very smooth and very light and the chocolate taste was deep and rich.  It was very easy to make and didn&#039;t require buying ingredients I wouldn&#039;t use everyday.  i give it 2 thumbs up...</description>
