At this restaurant the gf pizza comes in frozen and is presented on a safe plate after spending the appropriate time in the microwave. Management also has 2 gf beer options very visible at the counter. For folks who have not been inside a pizza parlor since being diagnosed the family friendly, safe atmosphere has become a blessing. The disclaimer from corporate keeps them from being liable. Wish they would go the short mile to make all their restaurants safe for those with celiac disease.
