My sensitivity to wheat was confirmed, but I was more surprised by a greater sensitivity to rice and NO sensitivity to gluten....so it can all be very confusing. Some oatmeal is gluten free - shop at a natural health foods store and check the label. Rice is gluten free.</description>

		<description>I actually tried a salad from our local Subway last spring and I got sick.  I figured the lettuce was bad,but  I had not considered the cross contamination.............Must consider that.  I suppose if you religiously watch their every move, you might ensure there&#039;s no x-contamination.....I&#039;d rather not risk it. I hadn&#039;t gotten sick off resturant food in years before then.</description>
