Does this really only require 2 Tablespoons of Almond Flour. That sounds like an awfully small amount. Is the cake very thin?

Pizza Plus in South Portland has gluten free pizza that is very good, and Sebago Brewery has a gluten free menu available to diners. Wildflours Bakery in Brunswick Maine has great products and periodic "Sample Saturdays" so you can taste the products.

I was recently placed on a gluten free diet. My partner is actually a manager for Subway and I assure you, in Macon, GA., they are aware of this and are making every effort to inform and educate their employees. I also want to point out that the employee also has to care about their job and well we all know how that goes. But unless you write your local franchise owner then they will not be aware of the problem. Just walk in an ask for the owners name and number. Also, you can contact their corporate office, because really it has to come from the top anyway..Hope that helps.

We hosted a safe event in Donatos in September, 2008, in Clemmons,NC. At this restaurant the gf pizza comes in frozen and is presented on a safe plate after spending the appropriate time in the microwave. Management also has 2 gf beer options very visible at the counter. For folks who have not been inside a pizza parlor since being diagnosed the family friendly, safe atmosphere has become a blessing. The disclaimer from corporate keeps them from being liable. Wish they would go the short mile to make all their restaurants safe for those with celiac disease.

How is this sugarless? Semisweet chocolate has sugar. Might try it with good unsweetened chocolate, like Pralus.

i made this for a group that had a couple of people who were gluten intolerant. i thought it was a very acceptable dessert for everyone. The texture was very smooth and very light and the chocolate taste was deep and rich. It was very easy to make and didn't require buying ingredients I wouldn't use everyday. i give it 2 thumbs up...

This sounds yummy, but are part of the directions missing? I'm not clear on what the cookie topper is (or how it gets to the freezer...) and what you do with the melted chocolate chips...
